Publix Roasted Tomato Pasta Salad Copycat Recipe

This first version is the ultimate crowd-pleaser. The secret is in how you roast the tomatoes until they are bursting with sweetness. • 1 pound of fusilli or rotini pasta (those curly ones catch the sauce very well!)
• 2 pints of fresh cherry tomatoes
