Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 oz medium pasta shells or rigatoni
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes or a large jar of pasta sauce
- 1 cup beef broth (this keeps the bake from drying out!)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar for extra flavor
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Fresh basil leaves for a pop of color
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with some non-stick spray.
