- 3 cloves of garlic, minced very finely
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream (don't be shy with the cream!)
- 1/4 cup of chicken broth or white wine
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped finely
- A pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick
Cooking Instructions
- First, pat your salmon fillets very dry with a paper towel. This is very important for the crispy skin! Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat your oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. When it is hot, place the salmon skin-side down. Let it sizzle for about 5 minutes until the skin is very crunchy.
- Flip the fish carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Take the salmon out and let it rest on a warm plate.
